The Technics SL-1210GME Master Edition is the ultimate and final development of the Grand Class SL-1210G. It combines Technics' twin-rotor coreless direct-drive motor with upgraded Delta Sigma Drive motor control, a low-noise multi-stage power supply, a four-layer vibration-resistant chassis and an individually balanced three-layer platter. Exclusive gold-coloured details and a numbered Master Edition plaque distinguish each of the 1,210 black examples produced worldwide.

- Upgraded Delta Sigma Drive: Advanced digital motor control generates a highly accurate drive signal to minimise motor vibration and maintain exceptionally stable rotation.
- Twin-rotor coreless direct-drive motor: High starting torque, smooth rotation and freedom from conventional iron-core cogging.
- Multi-stage silent power supply: High-speed low-noise switching supply with active noise cancellation derived from the Reference Class SL-1000R.
- Three-layer platter: Individually balanced aluminium, heavyweight rubber and 2mm brass construction, weighing approximately 3.6kg including the turntable mat.
- Four-layer chassis: Die-cast aluminium, BMC compound, a 10mm brushed-aluminium top plate and heavy rubber damping suppress unwanted vibration.
