You can order directly through our website at senso-systems.co.uk. Add products to your basket and proceed through checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Yes. Call us on 01872 273215 during showroom hours and we can take your order and payment over the phone.
Products priced over £5,000, or those we’ve flagged as enquiry-only, are handled through our Book a Demonstration form rather than direct online checkout. This is because high-value equipment often benefits from a conversation before purchase — we want to make sure it’s the right product for your room, system, and requirements. Use the enquiry form and we’ll be in touch promptly.
We don’t formally hold stock without payment, but if you’re planning a purchase and want to check availability first, give us a call and we’ll do our best to help.
If you find the same product at a lower price from an authorised UK retailer, contact us and we’ll do our best to match it. Price match requests must be for identical products — same model, colour, and specification — available for immediate purchase from a legitimate UK retailer.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Onelink. All card payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest standard of payment security. We never store your card details.
We don’t currently offer in-house finance, but please contact us to discuss options for higher-value purchases.
Yes. An order confirmation email is sent automatically after checkout. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, check your junk folder or contact us and we’ll resend it.
We use APC Overnight for UK deliveries. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day. Delivery costs £20.
We can deliver to most UK postcodes. Delivery times and costs may vary for remote areas, Northern Ireland, and the Islands. Contact us before ordering if you’re unsure whether we can reach your address.
APC Overnight will leave a card and typically attempt re-delivery the following working day. You can also manage your delivery via the APC tracking link sent with your dispatch confirmation.
Yes. We’re based in Truro, Cornwall. If you’d prefer to collect in person, let us know when ordering and we’ll arrange it with you. Because of availability not all items are carried as stock and will need to be ordered in.
We currently ship within the UK only. If you’re based outside the UK and interested in a product, please contact us to discuss options.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please notify us within that 14-day window, then return the item within a further 14 days. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Contact us at info@senso-systems.co.uk or call 01872 273215 to arrange your return. Please don’t return items without contacting us first.
If you’re returning an item because it’s faulty or not as described, we’ll cover the return postage. If you’re returning for any other reason (change of mind), the cost of return postage is your responsibility.
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Please check your delivery carefully on arrival. If you notice damage, note it with the driver and contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
All products sold by Senso Systems come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand and product, typically ranging from one to five years. Details are available on request.
Contact us first. Depending on the product, age, and nature of the fault, we’ll either arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. For products still under manufacturer warranty, we’ll help liaise with the brand on your behalf.
Yes — custom installation is one of our core services, not an afterthought. Whether you’re adding a single component to an existing system or building a whole-home audio and cinema setup from scratch, we can handle the full project.
