Senso Systems (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use senso-systems.co.uk, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
When you browse the site We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand how visitors use the site. This may set cookies and share limited browsing data with Meta. You can control this through your cookie settings or browser privacy tools.
When you make a purchase Order and payment details are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full card details ourselves; Stripe handles this in line with PCI DSS requirements. We keep a record of your order (items, delivery address, contact details) for order fulfilment, accounting, and warranty purposes.
When you contact us or book a demonstration If you fill in our enquiry or Book a Demonstration form, we collect your name, email, phone number (if provided), and the details of your message, so we can respond to your enquiry. These forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam; reCAPTCHA may process some technical data about your device and browsing behaviour under Google’s own privacy policy.
Email marketing and transactional email We use Brevo to send order confirmations, shipping updates, and (only if you’ve opted in) our newsletter. If you subscribe to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.
Account and order history If you create an account, we store your name, email, and order history so you can track orders and avoid re-entering details on future visits.
We keep order and transaction records for as long as required by UK tax law (currently 6 years). Enquiry and demonstration booking details are kept for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and are deleted or anonymised after 12 months You can ask us to delete your data sooner, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
