These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through senso-systems.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we identify a pricing error, or if we have concerns about the order.
A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that point, no contract exists between us.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
We take care to ensure all prices are correct, but errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified after you have placed an order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders the same working day when ordered before 2pm. Delivery is via APC Overnight to most UK mainland addresses and typically takes one working day. Remote areas and the Islands may take longer.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage to us within 48 hours.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us in writing (email is acceptable) within the 14-day cancellation period. You must then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
Returned goods must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an amount for any diminishment in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

These rights are in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty.
All products are sold with the benefit of the relevant manufacturer’s warranty. Senso Systems will assist with warranty claims where possible. Warranties do not affect your statutory rights.
We do not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from a purchase, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the price paid for that product.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at senso-systems.co.uk/privacy. We use your data to process your order, arrange delivery, and provide customer support. We do not share your data with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order, for example our delivery provider.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The terms in force at the time of your order apply to that order.
